We all experience it towards the end of school - that immense pressure to figure out what to do with the rest of our lives.
We saw too many friends struggle through that pressure.
Some lost their way. Some, heartbreakingly, lost their lives.
So, we set out to change things.
To help young people face life after school with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
What started as an idea between friends is now a global movement reaching more than 4 million young people a year.
Along the way, governments, educators, brands, and industries have joined in, united by one belief: young people deserve better.
